If you wish to seek personal consultation or advice pertaining to Careers, you may wish to get in touch with the Career Service operated by the Department of Training & Workplace Development.

The Job Outlook website is an initiative of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR), and provides data on employment characteristics, trends and prospects for occupations. This is ideal platform for prospective students to find out a little more about the employment prospects of various occupations of interest.

Alternatively,  Curtin offers Career Voyage which is an internationally recognised, high quality career planning system designed for career seekers of all ages. It is a self-guided questionnaire that assesses your likes and dislikes and suggests up to 40 potential careers that could suitable for you based on your interest profile.  

To take Career Voyage please visit a Future Student Course Advisor at Curtin Connect (building 102 at the Bentley campus). Our opening hours are between 8:00 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Furthermore, if you are a current student or alumni, the Curtin Careers & Employment Centre provides its services free of charge to current Curtin students and recent Curtin graduates (up to two years from the date of their final exam). If you are not a current student/recent graduate, a fee of $77 (inc GST) would be applicable for a one hour appointment with one of our faculty specific Career Development Consultants.  If you wish to proceed with a paid appointment, please forward a list of suitable days/times to careers@curtin.edu.au and an appointment will be arranged for you.
